4. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may not create multiple accounts for the same person
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Credits and Payment Terms

5.1 Credits System

Our service uses a credits system. Credits are required to generate stock research reports. Different AI providers consume different amounts of credits per report.

5.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through our website using Stripe as our payment processor. All prices are displayed in USD. By purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified.

5.3 Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that:

  • Credits are consumed immediately when reports are generated
  • Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely (no expiration)
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash

If you experience technical issues that result in credits being deducted without receiving a report, please contact us at support@buysideprotection.com for assistance.

5.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit prices and package offerings at any time. Any changes will not affect credits already purchased.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
  • Redistribute or resell reports without permission
  • Use the service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities

7. Intellectual Property

The Stock Report service, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Generated Reports

Reports generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit generated reports without our written permission.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock Report, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also request to delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
